It's the first of July here in Indonesia. I've had my fair share being on the more adventurous side and we shall see now if being normal pans out, well, better. For the past week I've finally bid my startup farewell (the ideas and business failed but the lifelong lesson is not taken for granted), forwent an SOE offer which I had to wait 4 months for (no idea who takes that long for a management trainee recruitment process), and signed a contract with a company which I initially didn't apply to but I now stand behind 100%. Fingers crossed this is the right decision.
